Who is required to comply?
- Companies operating in temporary or mobile construction sites
- Self-employed workers in the construction industry
- Businesses and professionals from EU and non-EU countries
How to Obtain the Credit License
If you still need to secure the new Credit License, the process involves three simple steps:
- Access the National Labor Inspectorate portal (servizi.ispettorato.gov.it) using your SPID or CIE credentials.
- Complete the online application form, selecting and confirming the required criteria.
- Download the PDF receipt containing your unique alphanumeric code.
Applications can also be submitted by a delegate, such as your accountant or labor consultant. To obtain the license, you must provide evidence of the following:
- Registration with the Chamber of Commerce
- Completed training for all personnel
- A valid DURC (Unified Contribution Compliance Certificate)
- A Risk Assessment Document (DVR)
- A Unified Fiscal Compliance Document (DURF)
- A designated safety and prevention officer
